Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at Embassy Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown, enjoying the spaciousness of the room and the hotel's excellent location. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelet station. The only downside was some minor issues with service responsiveness, but overall, I would definitely return.
I appreciated the hotel's friendly staff and spacious, comfortable rooms, but I encountered several issues during my stay. The reception area can be confusing due to the lobby's location on the 25th floor, and the towel shortage by the pool was frustrating. Additionally, breakfast was chaotic with long lines and limited options, which made for a disappointing start to my mornings.
I had a mixed stay at Embassy Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown. The hotel's location near numerous attractions was a significant plus, making it easy to explore the area. However, I encountered issues with the front desk service, as they were not particularly helpful, and I faced problems with my room key. Additionally, while the rooms were spacious and clean, the presence of black mold in the shower stall was unacceptable.
My stay at Embassy Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown had a mix of highlights and drawbacks. I loved the spaciousness of my suite and the unique historical feel of the building (it really did give a sense of place!), but I encountered some issues with the service and housekeeping that dampened the experience.
